About the RoleWere seeking a Contract Design-Focused Internal Marketing Strategist to support the creative execution and ongoing campaign needs of ZGM and CakeCommerces internal marketing.This contractor will play a key role in bringing our campaigns to life through high-impact design and creative strategy; from paid ads and emails to landing pages and organic social content. While the initial focus will be design and creative execution, the right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a broader marketing strategist role, contributing to campaign planning, testing, and performance optimization over time.This role is ideal for a multidisciplinary marketer who blends visual creativity with a strategic mindset, and thrives in a fast-moving agency environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative ExecutionDesign and produce digital marketing assets including:Paid ad creative (display, carousel, and static)Social graphics for ZGM and CakeCommerce channelsBlog headers, case study visuals, and other supporting content piecesEmail templates and graphics aligned with monthly campaignsSupport landing page design for campaign launches and lead generation.Design with intent, ensuring layout, hierarchy, and CTAs align with audience actions and campaign objectives.Strategic CollaborationPartner with internal marketing leadership to align creative with active campaigns and quarterly goals.Contribute ideas for A/B testing, content angles, and design optimizations.Participate in creative brainstorms and help evolve brand visuals based on performance insights.Brand StewardshipMaintain brand consistency across all creative assets and campaigns.Organize and manage shared creative files, templates, and style guides.Provide recommendations to improve internal creative processes and efficiency.Cross-Channel SupportCollaborate with RevOps about paid, email, and social needs to understand creative performance and adjust assets based on results.Provide layout direction if needed to ensure visual and messaging cohesion.Design across multiple channels (paid, social, email, landing pages) with awareness of platform best practices and performance nuances.Qualifications3+ years of experience in design or digital marketing, preferably within an agency or multi-brand environment.Strong understanding of marketing principles; knows how to design with intent, not just aesthetics.Experience creating assets for paid media, email marketing, and organic social channels.Excellent attention to detail, project organization, and file management.Ability to self-manage multiple deliverables across two brands, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively with minimal supervision. recblid f16dmv4jallczttt68gj7gmwykc78e
