Overview:

Forsyth Medical Center is seeking a FT Occupational Therapist Assistant with Acute Care Experience to provide therapy services consistent with licensure under the direction and supervision of a licensed therapist and functions as part of an interdisciplinary team. Schedule: 40 hours, holiday rotation, with rotating weekends on Sunday only every 6 weeks.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate from an accredited OT assistant program, required.
  • Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state OT assistant license, required.
