We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our well-established and growing legal team. This is a permanent position with a primary focus on personal injury cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents (MVA), slip and fall incidents, and wrongful death cases. 1. Handle all aspects of personal injury cases from initial intake through trial.

Job Details

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Current license to practice law in the state.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
4. Proven experience handling MVA, slip and fall, and wrongful death cases.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to manage a high-volume case load.
8. Demonstrated commitment to client service and passionate about achieving justice for clients.
9. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
