Leveraging your deep expertise in geotechnical analysis, design, and construction support, you will tackle challenging engineering conditions and deliver practical solutions. You will also build and strengthen client relationships that drive project success and support continued business development. Technical Expertise: Apply advanced geotechnical engineering principles to assess foundation performance, slope stability, and settlement, while recommending effective ground modification or improvement strategies. Leadership & Standards: Lead by example by upholding company policies and best practices, with a strong emphasis on safety, risk management, project delivery, and quality control. What We're Looking For: You bring a strong technical foundation in geotechnical investigations, analysis, and design, along with proven experience managing projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who values safety, quality, and efficiency, and is comfortable solving complex subsurface challenges with practical, innovative solutions. You should have a track record of building and maintaining client relationships, contributing to business development efforts, and mentoring junior staff.
