REQUIREMENTS/JOB DETAILS:
Determine the viability of the potential case
Converse with clients and address concerns and case progression
Sell the Firm's strengths and capabilities while managing expectations and convincing potential clients to sign
REQUIREMENTS:
Fully in Office Position
Bilingual Spanish and English
Minimum 1 year in field
Strong knowledge of Employment Law
Licensed Attorney in the State of California
Strong sales skills with demonstrated ability to close
Ability to be persuasive and a good listener
Strong familiarity with Pre Litigation and Litigation Processes
