About the Role
We’re hiring a creative, self-starter high school student to travel between DFW iCode campuses and capture short, engaging video/photo content of kids’ classes for social media. You’ll spot compelling moments, frame them quickly, and deliver on-brand clips that match current trends while following our privacy and classroom guidelines.

What You’ll Do
Visit assigned campuses weekly to film/photograph classes, labs, and campus moments.
Capture vertical, social-ready clips (hooks, b-roll, hands-on shots, gear close-ups).
Pitch fresh content ideas aligned with IG Reels/TikTok trends.
Organize, name, and upload files to the shared drive the same day.
Follow brand, safety, and privacy rules.
Collaborate with staff to schedule classroom captures onsite.

Required Qualifications
Currently enrolled in high school; personable and comfortable around kids.
Intermediate videography/photography skills (composition, focus, exposure).
Strong grasp of social trends (Reels/TikTok), hooks, and short-form storytelling.
Proficient with mobile editing apps (e.g., CapCut, iMovie) a plus.
Equipment: Personal iPhone with Cinematic mode (iPhone 13 or newer running iOS 15+).
Takes initiative, meets deadlines, communicates clearly.
Driver’s license and reliable car for local travel between campuses.

Nice to Have (Optional)
Experience filming in educational or youth settings.
Basic photo/video color correction and sound cleanup.
Familiarity with simple shot lists and content calendars.
