Hematology Oncology Associates, PC is the premier hematology/ oncology practice in southern Oregon, covering both southern Oregon and northern California. Join a collegial team of 14 physicians and 15 APPs. First year employed income: $500,000 guaranteed, performance bonuses available based on wRVU production 4 weeks vacation, first year $15,000 relocation assistance $100,000 Sign-on bonus 4 day work week Hospital call approximately 3-4 weeks/year 1 week CME and $5000 yearly Partnership after 1 year, salary based on wRVU production and shared distributions throughout the year. Partners making >75 th percentile Partner vacation time: up to 10 weeks 401K available after 1 year Cash balanced plan (pension plan) open to partners Medical, dental, optical, short-term and long-term disability and malpractice insurance Multiple clinical trials available Because of the rapid growth in our area, including Medford and Grants Pass, we are looking to fill multiple positions, for both physician and APPs. Our practice works out of two offices and we cover one hospital. In Grants Pass, a new medical oncology addition has been added to the existing radiation oncology building. It has 16 exam rooms and 32 treatment chairs. Additional, in Medford, the Heimann Cancer Center, a new 79,000 square foot, 45 infusion chair, state of the art, comprehensive regional cancer center has been open for a few years.
