Bilfinger Industrial Services is seeking aSenior Project Managerto join our team inIowa City, IA. PMs are responsible for different projects ranging from small-scale to long term, multi-discipline contracts with clients. Ideal candidates have internal drive, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and easily adapt to changes using problem solving.

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Establish a roadmap to success: have an execution plan and continuous alignment with the team members about the project scope, schedule, and budget.

+ Oversee projects to assure that expectations are met

+ Monitor projects and take action when obstacles arise

+ Facilitate and lead meetings to encourage information sharing, collaboration, and team building

+ Be the primary point of contact with the client project manager

+ Create detailed deliverables schedule

+ Know the master service agreement (MSA) and financial terms.

Basic Qualifications:

+ BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering

+ 15+ years engineering experience

+ Supervision experience

+ Proficient in Microsoft Project

+ Communication skills vital

+ Knowledge of general project operations and project management.

Desired Skills:

+ PMP certified

+ Masters in Engineering or MBA
