• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand their data and business requirements
• Build and deploy production data pipelines and systems
• Work extensively with SQL, data warehouses and dbt
• Help deploy and customise AI agents and LLM-powered workflows
• Contribute to the development of the wider platform and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot messy, undocumented data environments and turn them into actionable insights 2–5 years’ experience in FDE, Data Science, Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering or a similar technical role
• Strong SQL and data warehouse experience
• Solid Python and applied data science fundamentals
• Experience working with production systems and/or data pipelines
• Customer-facing experience and the ability to manage technical conversations with stakeholders
• AI-native mindset, with hands-on experience using AI coding tools and/or building agent-driven workflows
• Comfortable working with complex, messy data and doing detailed data validation SQL | Python | dbt | Data Warehousing | LLMs | AI Agents | Eval Frameworks 180K–$250K base + competitive equity Relocation support available Full-time | Founding team Open to visa transfers, including OPT and H1B transfers If you’re interested in getting in early at an AI company and having a direct impact on customer deployments and the product itself, get in touch.
