We provide *excellent hospitality* with our dining services team to our residents who are in; independent living, assisted living, memory care, and intermediate nursing care, all on one beautifully maintained campus near the heart of downtown. We are currently seeking a *Dining Services Manager* to join our amazing dining services and culinary team. If you value providing the best service possible, meaningful resident relationships, and working with a supportive team—you'll feel at home here. *Your Role as the Dining Services Manager at El Castillo* will be (But not limited to:)* Supervises and coordinates activities of dining room staff/employees to provide fast and courteous service to residents. * Schedules dining reservations and arrange parties or special services for diners. * Greets guests, escorts them to tables and provide menus. * Addresses and solves complaints of residents, while providing exceptional customer service. * Oversees dining room server duties, while expediting drink and food orders in a timely fashion. * Assigns work tasks and coordinate activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service. * Assists dishwasher and other team members, as needed. * Buses tables during and after meals. * Other duties as requested. *Why You'll Love Working Here**Competitive Wages:* Starting at $55,766.26. depending on experience. *Bonuses:* Recognition and referral bonuses available *Comprehensive Benefits:* Health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, vacation and sick time. *Team-Based Environment:* Supportive leadership *On-Site Parking:**Beautiful Location:* Centrally located in Santa Fe with peaceful, scenic surroundings *Qualifications** High School Diploma and or GED * Preferred associates and or bachelor's degree hospitality management or relatable degree to this position. * Five (5) years of fine dining management experience. * Current *ServSaf Certification**Preferred but Not Required** Bilingual (English/Spanish)*Join Us* Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $55,766.26 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: * fine dining management: 5 years (Required) Language: * English (Required) License/Certification: * ServSaf (Required) Ability to Commute: * Santa Fe, NM 87501 (Required) Work Location: In person
