FSW/ Driver

Position Summary Works with Kitchen Supervisor, Head Cook and Managers in production kitchen, then in schools being served, to ensure efficient production, transport and serving of food at satellite locations. Keeps Hot Food Hot/ Cold Food Cold during entire process. Follows all food safety guidelines and processes Driver/FSW Responsibilities Work with Head Cook/ Kitchen Supervisor to safely transport all foods ordered. Follow Quest, local, State and Federal guidelines for the proper handling of food products. Maintain open and effective communication with management and staff in both production and service end of the satellite system. Double check that amount of food being transported will meet demands. Work "as team player" with all associates and managers in a professional manner. Assist with the sanitation of the production kitchen and responsible for sanitary transport equipment.
