Assembler - 1st Shift
Read and understand blueprints and routings to assemble parts to specification
Ensure product quality through first-piece and ongoing inspections
Perform routine maintenance and maintain a clean work area
Follow all safety rules for machine operation and machine guarding
Track simple productivity, quality, and safety reports
Ability to assemble manufactured and purchased parts into subassemblies or finished products
Ability to operate assembly equipment (rivet machines, presses, power tools)
Ability to read work order instructions and prepare simple production reports
Adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity to inspect parts and operate equipment
1st Shift schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
$1,000 New Hire Incentive Bonus paid in 3 installments (no write-ups in each quarter):
$Opportunity to advance to Advanced Assembler #1
Tools required for the role are provided by the site
