Occupational Therapist positions are available for the upcoming school year in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach, VA. These contract roles support elementary and all-level student populations across multiple school settings. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed OTs to provide essential therapy services in a school environment. Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students in Virginia Beach (Glenwood Elementary) and students of all levels in Chesapeake (Camelot, Joliff, Grassfield schools). Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement individualized interventions. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation complying with state and school district requirements. Support students functional skills necessary for academic and daily living success. Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy license for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Experience working with children in school settings. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage caseloads effectively and maintain compliance with school policies. Commitment to supporting student growth and development. Position Details: Location: Chesapeake and Virginia Beach, VA. School Year contract. Virginia Beach assignment: Glenwood Elementary, August 11 to June 15; 7.33 hours/day, 5 days/week. Chesapeake assignment: Camelot, Joliff, Grassfield schools, August 25 to June 17; 7.33 hours/day, 5 days/week. Two positions available.
