Every engagement starts with a company's single most critical problem: hiring. Whether it's building a security-cleared engineering team in under a month, hiring a Head of Growth post–Series A to unlock the next phase of scale, or sourcing highly specialized technical talent for cutting-edge research, you will lead high-stakes strategic projects end-to-end, bringing structure, speed, and execution rigor to problems where the cost of failure is high and outcomes truly matter.
