Board Certified in Internal Medicine ? Board Certified or Eligible in Geriatrics, a plus ? Certifications: ACLS and BLS ? Active and unrestricted medical license in Alabama (by start date)? Minimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experience ? Proficiency in chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, COPD, CHF, obesity)? Experience with electronic medical records ?
