This is a key role in help leading the tax department, managing client relationships, and providing strategic tax planning and compliance services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; Master's degree in taxation or CPA certification preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax planning and compliance for individuals, businesses, and organizations. Strong technical expertise in federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations, with an emphasis on partnership taxation. Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively mentor, motivate, and develop staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
