What You'll Do: Build and maintain driver-based financial models for strategic planning and M&A support. Lead key components of annual budgeting , quarterly forecasts , and scenario planning . Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership. Conduct in-depth financial analysis of trends, variances, and KPIs to guide strategic decisions. Design and maintain business intelligence dashboards using tools like Power BI and SQL. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy. Support board materials, investor communications , and strategic planning documents. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, commercial teams, business development, and treasury . What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field ( MBA preferred ). 3-5 years of progressive FP&A experience, including financial modeling and forecasting . Experience with M&A analysis , valuation methodologies, and strategic planning. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R , and BI tools ( Power BI, Tableau, Qlik ). Strong understanding of GAAP , financial reporting standards, and ERP systems.
