We are seeking a driven Quality Engineer with Tier 1 automotive experience who is looking to grow into a future Quality Manager role. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-impact manufacturing environment where you’ll play a key role in ensuring world-class quality for critical automotive products.
The right candidate will have a solid engineering foundation, strong problem-solving ability, and the leadership mindset to influence quality strategy across the plant.
Competitive salary targeting $78,000 - $95,000 base + annual discretionary bonus

Professional training
Develop and implement quality control processes, sampling systems, and statistical techniques to ensure consistent product performance.
Analyze production and quality trends to identify root causes and implement corrective actions without impacting production flow.
Review and validate analyses prepared by others for accuracy and effectiveness.
Lead policy recommendations and support implementation of quality-related initiatives.
Provide training and mentorship to both hourly and salaried staff on quality systems and best practices.
Support and/or lead audits, special projects, and customer quality initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement across operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (required).
3+ years of Quality Engineering experience in Tier 1 automotive manufacturing.
Professional quality accreditation (CQE or similar) strongly preferred.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to travel to plant and customer sites as needed.
Comfortable maneuvering around production equipment.
