As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY) with Aveanna Healthcare, you will deliver tailored therapy services in home health settings for children and young adults aged newborn to 21. This role involves implementing therapeutic techniques to address speech, language, hearing, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while providing flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must be licensed to practice Speech Therapy and meet educational requirements set by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

$7,500 Sign on Bonus

Location : Pueblo, Colorado

Setting: Home Health

Schedule: Monday - Friday 

Compensation: $55.00- $65.00 per visit*

*Guaranteed compensation to build caseload*

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)Qualifications:  

  • Meets the qualifications as established by ASHA or other professional organization 
  • Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the current state of practice 
  • Meets the education and experience requirements for a Certification of Clinical Competence in speech pathology or audiology granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association; or meets the educational requirements for certification and is in the process of accumulating the supervised experience required for certification. 
  • Must be willing to work in home and clinic-based setting s  
  • Valid, unexpired Driver's License and automotive insurance 
  • Experienced in pediatric rehabilitative services preferred 

*Compensation may vary based on a variety of factors including: Experience, Education, Productivity, Supervision, Location and other factors.

*Sign-on bonus dependent on start date and full time status.
