Sr. System Testing Analyst

System Testing Analyst for a HYBRID opportunity in the Columbia, SC area. This candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting comprehensive testing activities across complex enterprise systems. This role focuses on validating application functionality, integrations, and system migrations while ensuring high-quality deliverables through well-defined testing processes and metrics. The analyst will collaborate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to support multiple applications and environments.
System Testing Analyst
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR 4 years of job-related work experience OR 2 years of job-related experience plus an Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proficiency with standard office equipment and tools
Java
Windows and other middleware platforms
DB2, SQL, Oracle, IMS, VSAM
White-box testing
Integration testing
ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
Selenium
Experience testing web-based applications

System Testing Analyst
Create, manipulate, and validate test data
Analyze application behavior and troubleshoot environmental and system issues
Support system migration testing efforts
Validate functional connections and integrations between applications
Provide testing support for multiple xrczosw clients, including onsite support when required
Recommend improvements to testing processes and quality practices
Track, analyze, and report quality assurance metrics
Communicate clearly and effectively with project teams and stakeholders
