Senior Manager – Corporate Finance   We’re partnering with a leading national organization to identify a Senior Manager of Corporate Finance. Hybrid schedule with flexibility and strong work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily liquidity management and ensure compliance with lending agreements. Develop and maintain complex financial models, including multi-year forecasts and cash flow projections. Serve as primary liaison with lending partners for reporting and documentation. Prepare executive-level presentations and collaborate across accounting, treasury, and operations teams. Drive process improvements and ensure timely, accurate reporting. Ideal Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA a plus). 7+ years of relevant experience, including corporate finance and cash flow forecasting. Strong three-statement modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with lender reporting, covenant compliance, and credit facilities.
