Patent Prosecution Partner with an active book of business in software, life sciences, medical, mechanical, or electrical
We are a small patent boutique that does a very wide variety of patent law. Everything from licensing and portfolio development to prosecution and tech transactions.
Take primary responsibility for preparing and prosecuting patent applications across diverse technical areas
– Guide clients on building and strengthening their portfolios, shaping competitive advantages, and planning long-range IP objectives
– Cultivate and maintain relationships with technology companies, founders, and research teams
– Operate seamlessly in a remote practice supported by modern, cloud-driven tools
– Deepen existing client relationships while helping drive the continued expansion of the practice
A portable practice suitable for a partner-level role, with at least $300K in existing work
– Active USPTO credentials and a technical foundation capable of supporting complex portfolios
– Demonstrated experience drafting, prosecuting, and overseeing high-quality patent matters
– The ability to excel in a virtual environment centered on senior-level execution and direct client engagement
