The Role:

Under the direction of the Vice President, the Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the Vice President on lead content creation and the execution of marketing efforts directed at building the brand among customers and supporting the sales team.

What You'll Do:

Content Creation

Lead content creation with the goals of building the brand, enhancing customer relationships and lead generation. Oversee the publication of content for the website, Email campaigns and other channels.

Oversight of Marketing Programs

Lead in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including upsell initiatives to existing client's website development, content strategy, account-based campaigns targeted at qualified leads, email, SEO, customer events. Ensure the measurement of marketing initiatives with a focus on ROI and KPIs. Provide creative ideas for securing new business

Department Resources

Identify and oversee relationships with outsourced partners including content development and SEO. Monitor performance of tools used by Sales and Marketing teams including marketing automation, Salesforce, video and sales training tools, and LinkedIn.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field a plus

3-5 years' experience working in a Business-to-Business (B2B) Marketing environment with a diverse skillset is a plus.

Knowledge/Skills:

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other computer related devices on an on-going daily basis. Self-motivated, well organized, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), marketing automation, and email marketing tools.
