Conduct business requirement workshops and translate them into functional specifications. Configure SAP SD modules to meet business needs and compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CO, MM, FI, and technical teams. Perform system testing, user training, and post-go-live support. Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and process improvements. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Required Skills and Experience: 6–12 years of hands-on SAP SD experience, including full lifecycle implementations. Strong expertise in configuration and integration. Ability to write functional specifications and work with ABAP developers. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead workshops and drive business-driven configuration decisions. Education & Certifications: Bachelor Degree. SAP SD certification is a plus. Preferred Attributes: Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
