We are seeking a *Band Instructor for* inter-denominational Preschool - 8th grade Christian School in Delaware, Oh: For the 2025-2026 school year
Applicant should be active in a Bible-believing church exemplified with a Christian testimony. The teacher will be asked to discuss Christian experience, salvation and daily walk as a Christian. Applicant should a have a vision for Christian ministry for school children and parents. Class size is 10 to 15 students; Bachelor Degree in *required*; Out of date or out of state teacher license is permitted; free tuition for your children; paid vacations during Christmas, spring break and summer break: *Salary is NEGOTIABLE*.

Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
* Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment.
* Assess student progress through standardized testing and provide tutoring as needed.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic performance.
* Participate in professional development and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies.
* Support students with special education needs and mentor them in their academic journey.
