If you consider yourself a strong leader, technically skilled, and disciplined then this is the career for you The ideal candidate will be someone who is both electrical and mechanically inclined. Responsibilities: Supervises maintenance team and activities, including predictive maintenance, equipment repair, and refrigeration. Plans and schedules routine maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and quick problem resolution. Monitors equipment breakdowns, assigns resources, and keeps management informed on performance issues. Reviews safety devices and ensures proper installation on all equipment. Manages parts and equipment inventories to maintain approved levels. Oversees employee performance, including skills development, safety, discipline, and problem-solving. Ensures compliance with company, state, and federal food safety regulations. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years related experience Must have knowledge and skills in the technologies of general construction, electrical systems, electronic systems, microprocessors, mechanical systems, (e.g. production/process refrigeration boilers HVAC hydraulics and pneumatics) and computerized maintenance management systems. Working knowledge of food plant production and processing equipment preferred. Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety, EPA regulations, USDA and sanitation standards preferred. Must be capable and willing to work any shift and be on 24-hour call for emergency situations as necessary. Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $66,375 to $110,625 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance.
