Our firm is known for delivering exceptional service in residential real estate transactions, building strong partnerships with real estate professionals, and fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is motivated, business minded, and ready to thrive in a *fast paced, high volume environment* while also playing a key role in expanding our firm’s presence in the greater surrounding markets. *Key Responsibilities** *Residential Real Estate Closings:* Manage and execute closings in compliance with SC and NC law, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and superior client service. * *Client & Realtor Relations:* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, lenders, and brokers; represent the firm with professionalism and responsiveness. * *Marketing & Business Development:* Actively participate in outreach and marketing efforts to expand the firm’s client base and strengthen brand recognition in Fort Mill and surrounding communities. * *Leadership & Collaboration:* Work closely with paralegals, staff, and leadership to ensure smooth operations, while mentoring and contributing to a positive, team oriented culture. * *Process Improvement:* Identify and implement efficiencies to improve workflow, enhance service quality, and support overall firm growth. *Qualifications & Requirements** Licensed and in good standing with both the *South Carolina Bar* and *North Carolina Bar* (required). * Prior experience in residential real estate transactions and closings preferred. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate lasting professional relationships. * Business oriented mindset with a desire to drive growth and build a brand within the community. * Ability to thrive in a high volume, fast moving environment while maintaining attention to detail. *What We Offer** Competitive salary and benefits. * Opportunities for professional development and growth within a supportive firm culture. * A collaborative team environment that values initiative, accountability, and client service excellence. * The ability to build and grow a practice in one of the region’s fastest growing markets.
