Base pay range $250,000.00/yr - $270,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Vaco by Highspring Finance & Accounting recruiter in the Bay Area VP of Finance Our client, an innovative healthcare technology company, is seeking a VP of Finance to join their leadership team. This is a high-impact role where you'll drive financial strategy, planning, and operational excellence during a time of strategic growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial acumen and proven leadership to help guide long-term business decisions. This position is hybrid, with expectations to be onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area 2-3 days per week. Responsibilities Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support business goals and sustainable growth Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards Manage capital and cash flow planning to optimize financial health Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team; collaborate closely with executive leadership Requirements 10-15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance role CPA strongly preferred; public accounting background a plus Proven success in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making Strong command of GAAP and financial systems (e.g., ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle) Compensation: Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure: $250K - $270K per year.
