Pierced Co is looking for a highly creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager to bring our brand story to life across social platforms. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content, understands aesthetics, and knows how to create eye-catching reels that stop the scroll. This is a part-time (or full-time), hybrid position for our HQ in Bountiful, Utah. Must be able to come to the office 2-3x/wk. What You’ll Do: Create engaging, on-brand content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms Film, edit, and produce high-quality reels and short-form video content Develop and maintain a cohesive visual aesthetic that aligns with the Pierced Co brand Manage daily social media posting, captions, and content scheduling Stay on top of trends and creatively adapt them to fit our brand story Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on campaigns, launches, and promotions Track performance and adjust content strategy based on engagement and growth What We’re Looking For: Extremely creative with a strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and detail Proven experience creating reels and short-form video content Comfortable being hands-on with filming, editing, and posting content Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Passion for fashion, jewelry, lifestyle, or beauty brands is a huge plus Requirements: Part-time availability Ability to work in-office at Pierced Co HQ in Bountiful, Utah 2-3x/wk 3+ years experience managing brand social media accounts (personal or professional) Why Pierced Co?
