Well-known, global, iconic organization in the Hartford, CT area What You'll Do as a Senior Accountant Lead capitalization of internally developed assets, partnering closely with R&D, Product, Project, and Engineering teams. Own fixed asset accounting for tangible and intangible assets-tracking, reporting, and process improvements. Improve and document balance sheet processes to support audit readiness and scalability. Support tax and GL activity, including sales and income tax documentation and reconciliations (Avalara exposure a plus). Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and finance transformation projects as a hands-on Senior Accountant . Assist with month-end close and financial reporting responsibilities as needed.
