Essential Functions of the Telecommunications Sales Support Representative Role Support the sales team by managing documentation and ensuring smooth, accurate processing of customer-facing tasks. Accurately verify and submit AT&T Residential service orders, including TV, internet, and phone plans. Resolve post-sale issues by coordinating between sales, customers, and internal teams to fix order discrepancies. Update customer accounts in CRM systems, maintaining data accuracy and compliance with company standards. Meet and exceed goals for order accuracy, processing speed, and overall administrative efficiency. Stay informed on AT&T service updates, promotions, and order protocols to deliver current, reliable support.
