Job Requirements:
Minimum 9 month driving experience
Moving Violations:
No more than 3 in the past 3 years in a CMV
~ No more than 2 in the last 12 months in a CMV

DUI/DWI’s: 1 allowed, but must be outside of 7 years
Automatic DQ’s:
Rollover past 4 years
~ Lane change accident past 4 years

~ Side swipe past 4 years

~ Rear end past 4 years

~ Improper backing with accident past 3 years

~ No Hit and Run/leaving the scene of an accident in the last 5 years

~ Felony & Misdemeanor : All reviewable - No pending charges
