We are one of LA's fastest-growing law firms, seeking talented and highly motivated associates with 1 to 4 years of civil litigation experience. The candidate must be a go-getter and can work independently as well as in a group setting. The Ideal candidates will have a strong desire to learn, take on substantial responsibility, and push themselves to become great litigators. Attorneys will be given substantive work on all aspects of litigation. Attorneys will learn and develop litigation skills from conducting discovery, deposing witnesses and experts, preparing witnesses for testimony, inspecting vehicles, gathering evidence, appearing and arguing in state and federal court at hearings, and assisting with mediation and trials. Compensation for this position will start at a competitive rate depending on experience and will increase as your litigation skills increase. _*Responsibilities:*_· Draft and file pleadings/motions and other legal documents · Prepare trial documents · Make court appearances (as needed, if in proximity)· Prepare clients for depositions · Deposing and defending fact and expert depositions · Effectively xmcpwfu work with in-house team, including supporting paralegals Job Type: Full-time Pay: $115,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k)* 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance License/Certification: * California Bar License (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Los Angeles, CA 90024
