Join a team where the learners come first At Lighthouse Autism Center, clinical quality is held to the highest standard and we're looking for BCBAs who share that mission. As a BCBA at LAC, you'll design individualized programming prioritizing communication , independence , and self-advocacy as we aim to set each individual up for the most success We use a neuro-affirming , assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed , ethical care to support the people we serve.
In addition to the life-changing work, BCBAs on our team enjoy the following: Realistic caseloads Consistent schedules – no nights or weekends Quarterly bonus program Flexible schedules, including work-from-home days Co-treat sessions with our dully certified SLP-BCBAs Lighthouse is an ACE Provider with a Free Internal CEU Library. Also as a CASP member we have access to over 100+ free BACQ CEUs.
