Role Overview
This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone passionate about AI-driven decisioning. You'll be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing enterprise-grade decisioning platforms. You don't need experience with every technology listedbut you should be capable of evaluating trade-offs and guiding platform selection.

What You'll Do
Evaluate AI decisioning platforms and recommend the best fit for AmeriSave's lending strategy
Design and prototype rule-based and ML-enhanced decisioning workflows
Collaborate with data science, product, and compliance teams to align platform capabilities with business goals
Build scalable APIs and microservices to support real-time decisioning
Ensure traceability, explainability, and compliance of all decisioning logic
Stay current on Responsible AI practices, governance frameworks, and platform innovations
What You'll Need
~5+ years of experience in AI decisioning, rules engines, or intelligent automation
~ Familiarity with one or more of the platforms listed above (or similar)
~ Strong understanding of ML model deployment and integration
~ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
~ Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills
Experience in consumer lending, underwriting, or financial services
Exposure to LLMOps, vector databases, or agent-based decisioning
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as:
Fair Lending
ECOA (Equal Credit Opportunity Act)
HMDA (Home Mortgage Disclosure Act)
FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act)
UDAAP (Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices)
GLBA (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act)
Experience working with one or more mortgage Loan Origination Systems (LOS), such as:

Compensation: Annual compensation for this position generally ranges from $150K - $300K.
