• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina and no bar disciplinary history.
• Significant criminal defense experience, including courtroom advocacy and case management.
• Ability to independently manage cases from initial consultation through resolution.
• Strong client communication, negotiation, and trial skills.
• Interest in leadership, practice development, and helping grow our South Carolina presence. THE OPPORTUNITY Help establish and grow Alber Firm’s criminal defense practice in South Carolina, with consideration for a regional or state managing partner role based on experience and fit. We are interested in connecting with established attorneys who bring local market knowledge, strong professional relationships, and a commitment to client service. COMPENSATION Compensation varies based on qualifications, criminal defense experience, and the scope of the position. Compensation arrangements will be discussed individually during the interview process.
