Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Model and provide guidance to the pharmacy staff on proper customer service approaches. Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementing best practices. Excellent ability to foster relationships with customers and partners. The hourly wage range for this position is $47.12 - $82.69* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP). Pharmacy license (by job entry date). Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
