As a Financial Analyst, you'll be an integral part of a collaborative Finance team, supporting key forecasting, reporting, and analysis activities that influence business decisions. Key Responsibilities Assist with monthly and quarterly forecasting processes, including revenue, operating expenses, and headcount. Maintain and update financial models to support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and scenario analysis. Prepare monthly reporting packages and dashboards for leadership, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Support ad hoc analyses related to capital projects, cost initiatives, and strategic priorities. Collaborate with department leaders to validate assumptions and track KPIs. Contribute to process improvements by helping to streamline workflows, standardize reporting, and enhance planning tools and ERP systems. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance. Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ability to work with large datasets. Familiarity with ERP or planning tools; NetSuite experience is a plus.
