Paid on-the-job training with peer trainers
Operations training at the Safe Performance Center in Birmingham, Alabama
Hourly pay rate: $22.00 to $24.00
Schedule: Nights 5:30 PM - 5:30 AM
The CDL Truck Driver is responsible for safely transporting products to customer locations.
Drive truck to established destination to load/unload per customer requirements.
Inspect truck for defects before and after trips and submit reports indicating truck condition.
Remove snow or other foreign materials from vehicle.
Operate and maintain trucks.
Help, mentor, and train personnel.
Perform all work in compliance with Company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
High school diploma or equivalent
~ Class A CDL License -No manual restriction
~ Must be 18 years or older
~Must be able to pass and or obtain all reporting, testing, and certifications as required for this position.

Provides outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
Read and accurately interpret company documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and federal and state regulations.
Maintain regular, dependable attendance and a high level of performance.
ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays. Must be able to work 12-hour shifts.
