Growing manufacturing company Strong, people-focused culture Growing company with opportunities for advancement Key Responsibilities of the HR Generalist: Administer and process union payroll in accordance with collective bargaining agreements and applicable regulations Serve as a point of contact for union-related matters, including grievance handling, contract interpretation, and labor relations Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and employee communications Qualifications of the HR Generalist: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing xrczosw or industrial setting Strong understanding of union environments and experience processing union payroll Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, UKG) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills For immediate and confidential consideration reach out to me, Kelley McEndree, at #INDEC2025
