We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality patient services and regulatory compliance. Multiple Medical Plans to fit your needs and budget ~ Dental & Vision Insurance ~403(b) Retirement Plan with 10% employer match at 1 year ~ 11 paid Holidays ~40 hours of paid Education/Training annually ~ Paid Licensure Reimbursement ~ As Practice Manager, you will serve as a senior leader supporting organizational goals by improving operational efficiency, enhancing the patient experience, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and delivering exceptional care to patients and the communities served. Oversee day-to-day patient services operations, including insurance verification, prior authorizations, administrative, credentialing and revenue cycle functions. Supervise and support assigned staff, providing education, orientation and supervision. Ensure efficient patient flow and work flows that result in office efficiencies. Manage billing, insurance verification, claims processing and revenue cycle processes. Analyze productivity and operational metrics and identify/implement process improvements. Collaborate with clinical leadership to support quality care and organizational goals. Partner with clinical and financial teams to reduce access to care and disruption to accounts receivable. Ensure compliance with regulatory, payer, accreditation, and organizational requirements. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health or related field. Minimum of 2-4 years of healthcare practice management, medical office management or healthcare operations experience; Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), medical billing, credentialling, insurance verification, prior authorizations and revenue cycle management.
