ZenaTech, Inc. is hiring an Accountant responsible for maintaining and analyzing an organization's financial records. They will handle essential accounting functions, such as preparing financial statements, managing budgets, reconciling accounts, and assisting the CFO with financial reporting needs. They will ensure consistency of financial records across our platform companies, accuracy, compliance with regulations, and support in the decision-making processes. Oversee monthly bookkeeping for multiple companies using Quickbooks and other accounting software Overseeing the creation and maintenance of accurate customer and vendor records within the accounting system. Overseeing bank/credit card reconciliations, AP, AR, and payroll entries. Drive month-end close activities, review monthly financial reports for accuracy and tax readiness, general ledger reconciliations-as well as intercompany reconciliations. Assisting the CFO and the finance team with audit fieldwork for both operational and financial audits. Other responsibilities within the Accounting and Finance Team. Having minimum 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, finance, and accounting roles. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience directly related to the position. Active CPA (required). Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in finance and operational tasks. Ability to prioritize, work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision. Immediate Full-time in-office role.
