Key Responsibilities
* *Legal Writing:* Draft and prepare complex *pleadings*, *motions*, *discovery requests/responses*, and comprehensive *research memorandums*. * *Litigation Management:* Actively handle *depositions*, represent clients in *court appearances*, and assist with trial preparation. * *Case Strategy:* Provide strategic legal counsel on matters involving *business law*, *contract disputes*, *real estate*, and *construction law*.
Qualifications
& Skills * *Experience:* 5–10 years of experience in *civil litigation*. * *Licensure:* Must be an active member in good standing with the *California State Bar*. * *Subject Matter Expertise:* Proficiency or working knowledge in *business litigation*, *real estate law*, *contract law*, and *construction litigation* is highly preferred. * *Core Competencies:* Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently on complex legal matters.
Benefits
& Compensation * *Base Salary:* $100,000.00 – $145,000.00 per year, plus eligibility for bonus under firm bonus plan * *Health & Wellness:* *Health insurance* and *paid time off (PTO)*. * *Retirement:* *401(k)* plan with *401(k) matching*.
