Hire Score LLC is recruiting a low-voltage infrastructure specialist for the Director - Security Integration Operations role. The Director-Security Integration Operations is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, and execution of low-voltage and information/security infrastructure projects across multiple states. This role provides senior-level oversight of managers, field teams, and project delivery while ensuring alignment with company standards, financial objectives, and client expectations.

The Director-Security Integration Operations reports directly to the President and serves as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for scaling operations, developing talent, and maintaining consistent quality across all integration and security initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive engineering design quality and execution.
  • Plan and support network and computing infrastructure.
  • Document network problems and resolution for future reference.
  • Lead the physical security Team on daily scheduling.
  • Meet with customers.
  • Provide weekly, monthly and project reports as needed.
  • Keep all online documentation current and highly organized.
  • Travel on company projects to subsidiaries and clients across SC, GA, NC, FL, and TN.
  • Assist in field operations if needed - Pulling cable, mounting TVs and Cameras, installing and testing door access controls etc.
  • Periodic weekend or evening work may also be expected.
  • Pass tests/certifications as needed and required.

Core Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in telecom, low-voltage, or structured cabling environments
  • 2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience
  • Active Low Voltage License required;
    RCDD certification is aplus
  • Demonstrated experience with low-voltage infrastructure projects including: Copper and fiber-optic cabling systems;
    Telecommunications and data cabling;
    CCTV / video surveillance platforms;
    Audio/visual systems and mounted displays;
    Access control systems (badge readers, door controllers);
    Intrusion and alarm systems;
    Network infrastructure supporting security devices;
    multi-site technology infrastructure projects
  • Open to at least 20% travel on out station projects across SC, GA, NC, FL, and TN
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including and not limited to Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint
