Communicate with guests/Owners to resolve maintenance issues. Assists with surface preparation and painting areas within the villa. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. To Become a Maintenance Technician II at AAH: Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days. Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 50lbs without assistance.
