Were seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics) to join a physician-led team in Jacksonville, FL " a thriving coastal city with beautiful beaches, cultural attractions, and a growing population. This is a full-time outpatient role with no hospital rounding, allowing you to focus on what matters most: providing exceptional care to adults and seniors. What We Offer Compensation: $240K"$300K base salary, plus performance incentives Schedule: Monday"Friday, outpatient only Benefits: Comprehensive package including health, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, retirement plans, and relocation support Practice Support: Experienced NPs, PAs, and dedicated clinical staff to ensure you can deliver efficient, patient-centered care Lifestyle: Live in Jacksonville, with access to 22 miles of beaches, a vibrant restaurant scene, professional sports, and family-friendly neighborhoods What Youll Do Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to adult and senior patients Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute and chronic conditions Perform exams, order and interpret diagnostics, and create treatment plans Work collaboratively within a supportive, physician-led environment Qualifications MD/DO from an accredited medical school Current (or eligible) Florida medical license Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred, but not required Bilingual Spanish a plus This role offers the chance to build long-term relationships with patients while enjoying an excellent work-life balance in one of Floridas most dynamic coastal cities.
