Director of Preconstruction
to lead preconstruction strategy and execution for large-scale developments in the U.This is a rare opportunity to play a key leadership role in a company renowned for innovation, design excellence, and construction quality on landmark projects worldwide.
Director of Preconstruction , you will lead all preconstruction activities from concept through contract execution. Youll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, and estimating teams to establish accurate budgets, schedules, and constructability strategies setting each project up for success before breaking ground.
Oversee all preconstruction phases for major mixed-use, residential, and commercial projects.
Lead estimating, cost planning, scheduling, and risk management efforts.
Manage consultant and subcontractor engagement during early project phases.
Mentor and develop a growing team of estimators and project professionals.
Support business development efforts by contributing technical insight and cost data.
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in preconstruction or estimating, preferably with a developer or general contractor.
Proven leadership in managing large-scale, complex developments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Based in or willing to relocate to
local presence required).
