Title: Supervising Attorney – Employment Class Action Department Location: Full Remote (California)
Salary: $200k to $250k + 5% to 10% recovery bonus

We are seeking an experienced Supervising Attorney to lead our Class Action Department . This is a fully remote position open to candidates licensed in California and based in the Los Angeles area.

As Supervising Attorney of the Class Action Department, you will oversee a team of attorneys and staff handling complex class action litigation across employment, consumer protection, and related practice areas. You will guide strategic decisions, ensure case excellence, and mentor attorneys to strengthen the firm’s class action practice.
Lead, supervise, and mentor attorneys and paralegals in the Class Action Department
Manage high-value cases involving wage and hour, consumer fraud, and other large-scale claims
Review, edit, and approve pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and settlement agreements
Develop and implement litigation strategies that align with firm goals and client objectives
Provide ongoing training and support to junior attorneys to promote professional growth
