Inside Sales Account Manager

Job Summary: As an Inside Sales Account Manager with Sterling Distributors, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and exceeding customer expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to pharmacies, introducing them to our company and offering unbeatable prices on a range of medical supplies including diabetic supplies, respiratory supplies, and over-the-counter medical products. Responsibilities: Generate new and repeat sales through proactive outreach and relationship-building. Increase sales and order size through effective cross-selling and promotion of sale items. Manage accounts from start to finish, providing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to meet client needs and exceed sales targets. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred, but highly motivated individuals with a drive to succeed are encouraged to apply. Proven ability to build rapport, negotiate, and foster strong client relationships. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Deadline-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
