What You’ll Do: Depending on your experience level or passion Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and Refrigeration systems for commercial and industrial clients. Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent future problems. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide top-notch service. Tackle diverse refrigeration challenges ranging from standard cold storage to complex process refrigeration systems. Who We’re Looking For: ✔ Experience: Minimum 4 years in HVACR service and installation (Residential or Commercial). ✔ Certifications: EPA Certification required; additional certifications are a plus. ✔ Technical Knowledge: Mastery of refrigeration and HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, and refrigeration recovery techniques. ✔ Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex HVACR issues efficiently. ✔ Team-Oriented: Strong communication skills and a commitment to collaboration. ✔ Dependable: Clean driving history and background check; valid driver’s license for travel to job sites.
